Established in 1992, the Bank is licensed by Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan to engage in Investment Banking and Leasing.

Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA) has assigned BBB (long term) and A3 (short term) entity rating to the bank, which is highest among the NBFC sector.

With a branch network of 08 branches all over Pakistan and 98 employees, the bank has substantial distribution and marketing capacity.
