Mr. Asif has served as director in Genesis Securities (Private) Limited and Newage Group of companies engaged in manufacturing of electrical cables and wires, plastics and chemical industries. Mr. Asif is socially well connected in all segments of society including Business, Financial Institutions and politicians.
Mr. Shahid Iqbal, President/CEO,
is fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) and has over twenty two (22) years experience in senior management and financial control positions. Mr. Shahid has versatile and vast experience in the filed of corporate finance, administration, accounts both for public and private sector, local and international. He remained associated with PEPCO and NTDC as Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director respectively. He is also Director Shared Services at Azure Global of United Kingdom and providing advisory services to Asian Development Bank on different Technical Assistance Programs in Pakistan.
Mir Javed Hashmat, Director,
has an experience of thirty six (36) years in banking field. Currently he is working as an Executive Director of The Bank of Khyber. Previously he worked on various senior positions in Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan.
Mr. Shahid Iqbal, Director,
is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) and has over twenty two (22) years experience in senior management and financial control positions. Currently he is providing advisory services to Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) different Technical Assistance Programs in Pakistan.
Mr. Mubarik Ali, Director,
is banker by profession and serving as Chief Executive Officer of National Assets Management Company. Previously Mr. Mubarik has worked on senior positions with MCB, First National Equity and Trust Bank as well. Mr. Mubarik has diversified experience in financial sector.
Mr. Shazeb Masud, Director,
is lawyer by profession and completed his master’s in International and Commercial Law from University of Buckingham. He is member of Supreme Court Bar Association and attorney partner of SM Masud & Associates which is among good and known law firm in Pakistan. Mr. ‘Shazib has versatile experience of counseling & litigation in the areas of banking, commercial and corporate laws.

Mr. Munawar Ali, Director,
is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has over twenty six (26) years versatile on hand experience. Presently, Mr. Munawar is working as Sr. G. M. Finance in National Sugar Industries Limited. Previously, he has worked with Tricon Developers Limited, Haseeb Waqas Group of Companies and Kohinoor Industries Limited on senior positions.
