Mr. Asif has served as director in Genesis Securities (Private) Limited and Newage Group of companies engaged in manufacturing of electrical cables and wires, plastics and chemical industries. Mr. Asif is socially well connected in all segments of society including Business, Financial Institutions and politicians.

Humayun Nabi Jan, Director & CEO, is an accountant by profession and recipient of British Chevening Award. He has served on key positions in Elahi Group and has been a director on Fidelity Investment Bank and My Bank Limited. Currently he is engaged with Trust Bank as Director & CEO.

Munawar Ali, Director,  is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) and has a career of Thirty Three (33) years in the field of Finance & Accounts.He has held several management positions in different renowned group of companies which includes Kohinoor Group and Haseeb Waqas Group etc. He has maintained deep and diversified knowledge of Finance and enjoyed relationship with regulatory authorities. Presently he is working as CFO in Tricon Developers.

Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Director, is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) and has an experience of twenty four (24) years in the field Finance & Accounts. He has developed & implemented successful strategies for accounts & finance in different Pakistan. Mr. Mohsin Naqvi held senior management positions in different renowned companies across the world. Presently he is working as Managing Director and Group Finance Director in Kohinoor Mills Limited.

Mir Javed Hashmat, Director, has an experience of thirty six (36) years in banking field. Currently he is working as an Executive Director of The Bank of Khyber. Previously he worked on various senior positions in Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan.

Javed Bashir Sheikh, Director, has an experience of over 33 years in commercial as well as investment banking and industry. Currently he is working as an Advisor to Equity Global (Private) Limited (investment advisory firm). Previously he worked as President & CEO of Trust Investment Bank Limited and Fidelity Investment Bank Limited. He served with Fidelity Investment Bank Limited alongwith other companies was merged into Trust Commercial Bank Limited. He then served Trust Commercial Bank Limited which eventually merged into Crescent Commercial Bank Limited in the capacity of Senior Executive Vice President and headed Investment Banking and Special Asset Management Division.

Shahid Iqbal, Director, is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (FCA) and has over twenty two (22) years experience in senior management and financial control positions. Currently he is providing advisory services to Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) different Technical Assistance Programs in Pakistan.
